The Unit aims to coordinate and lead, in collaboration with the jurisdictions of the National Public Administration, the various actions necessary for the organization of assets that enter the national government´s patrimony as a result of seizures carried out by the Judiciary.
The Agency for State Property Administration (AABE), which operates under the Chief of the Ministerial Cabibet, is launching the Temporary Special Executing Unit "UNIT FOR SEIZED ASSETS," with the aim of coordinating and directing, in collaboration with the jurisdictions of the National Public Administration, the various actions necessary for the organization of assets that enter the national government's patrimony as a result of seizures carried out by the Judiciary.
The Temporary Special Executing Unit will be led by Federico Taiano and Daniel Muñiz, who will serve as deputy head. Both Taiano and Muñiz possess the necessary qualifications and experience to fulfill the responsibilities assigned to them.
The work of the new executing unit will optimize the administration and maintenance of the movable and immovable assets subjected to dispossession orders. Additionally, efforts will be made to design a public access platform to facilitate the purchase of assets that enter the AABE. This will streamline processes and enable coordinated efforts, ensuring the social reuse of assets seized from criminal activities.
