El Senado y Cámara de Diputados de la Nación Argentina reunidos en Congreso, etc., sancionan con fuerza de Ley:

ARTICULO 1º —Sustitúyese el inc. c) del artículo 3º del Código de Minería por el siguiente:

ARTICULO 3º inc. c) el arsénico, cuarzo, feldespato, mica, fluorita, fosfatos calizos, azufre, boratos y wollastonita;

ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.
