New Commissioner appointed at the National Commission for the Defence of Competition

María Paula Molina was appointed as commissioner of the CNDC since March, 2024. Therefore, the CNDC has completed the number of authorities.


By Decree No. 363/2024 dated April 25th, 2024 the attorney María Paula Molina was appointed as commissioner of the National Commission for the Defence of Competition (CNDC) since March 1st of this year.

The authority of the CNDC is composed of a president and four members. On January 30th, 2024, by Decree 100/2024, the Master in Economics Alexis Pirchio was appointed as president and the economist Florencia Bogo, Mg. Lucas Trevisani Vespa and Phd. Eduardo Montamat, as commissioners of the CNDC. The appointment of the fifth member completes the authorities of the National Commission.

María Paula Molina holds a law degree from the University of Buenos Aires, a Master's degree in Business Law from the Austral University, a postgraduate degree in Management for Sustainable Economic Development from the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina, and has completed the Advanced Programme in Regulation and Defence of Competition from the Torcuato di Tella University. She has held positions in different agencies of the National Public Administration, such as the National Institute of Industrial Property and the National Administration of Social Security. At the CNDC, she served as Coordinator of the Research and Auditing Area and as advisor and rapporteur of the commissioners in the period 2007-2016.
