Alexis Pirchio, Magister on Economics, was appointed chairman of the CNDC on January 30th by Decree No. 100/2024. As regards the commissioners, the economist Florencia Bogo, the Mg. Lucas Trevisani Vespa, and the Ph. Eduardo Montamat were appointed.
The appointed authorities have all previous experience in the agency. Alexis Pirchio has been National Director of Anticompetitive Conducts between 2017 and 2018.
Lucas Trevisani has worked as Mergers analyst between 2016 and 2021, and has also been Director of Competition Advocacy between 2021 and 2023.
Florencia Bogo has been Director of Economic Studies between 2016 and 2017, and since then she has been Mergers Director.
Eduardo Montamat, has worked as CNDC’s Chief-Lawyer and then has been commissioner between 1999 and 2003.
