Es Subdirector General de Regulación y Relaciones Internacionales de la Dirección General de Seguros y Fondos de Pensiones de España desde 2021, desempeñándose anteriormente como jefe del Depto. Internacional, en el Servicio Actuarial y financiero, y como jefe de la Unidad de Solvencia, a cargo de la implementación de Solvencia II.
Es Lic. en Derecho y en Cs. Actuariales y Financieras.

He has served as Deputy Director General of Regulation and International Relations at the Spanish Directorate General of Insurance and Pension Funds since 2021. He previously served as Head of the International Department in the Actuarial and Financial Service and as Head of the Solvency Unit, responsible for the implementation of Solvency II.
He holds degrees in Law and Actuarial and Financial Studies.
